At Pom Pom London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective dust bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Generate Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
